Face the facts as they currently lay, these guys don't know what they are doing.

They should never have issued all those commons for the acquisition of Banana Box Wholesale Grocery, LLC. Moving them to a preferred position would be a lot better for shareholders and the company.

4 billion float here could have still run if they hadn't done that way, prospective investors, traders see 35 billion outstanding and run far away.

I try to make contact with them they block me, ignore me, lots of us could help there public business with suggestions comments.

After all that, sure would like an update too and maybe they surprise us all and get this elephant running.
