We still need the 4th quarter (2018) posted on OTC Pink Sheets website to be compliant.
They posted th.e fins on LHGI site, but not submitted to the exchange we trade on, my theory is they are waiting to complete a thrid party audit of PROJAGG and put that valuation on the fins.

LHGI completed the purchase with restricted shares for 5.85 million dollars. but I wager PROJAGGS value may be much higher.

It should be in the last quarter fins.
