if anyone can find an asset in the energy sector that we can propose to management for the purpose of bringing the company back it would be a huge step towards coming back.

The company was told by the SEC that is essentially all they need to do aside from cleaning the filings which is easy.

Someone help find an energy asset, as small as it may be ($5-$10K? worth?). The bigger the better (larger market cap) but less likely as there isn't much this company can offer except shares.
