LMAO! So, they moved the annual meeting up to May 1, 2019 instead of typical November...AND, they are raising O/S AGAIN. This time from 700mil (which it was just raised to in November 2018) to 1.0BILLION. GTFOH!

Shareholder value is officially shafted, forever. How does one ever get anything in return at this point with the amount of dilution these schmucks are running at?

Seems the major investors are living on a hope and a prayer that they can get far enough that someone will buy them to at least recoupe some of their investment.

It's madness.
