General question: What's the problem with a otc/pink quotation? Are there any real advantages for SUNW with a NASDAQ Listing?

Greets Peeps.. its been a long time since I dropped in here.

To answer the above question, there are some advantages to being listed on NASDAQ, the big one that I like is that there are deep pocketed institutional buyers that are allowed to spend money on you. Many institutional buyers are not allowed to invest in OTC companies at all.

Stepping back to the OTC (same as Pinks) will be looked at as a bad thing but if the company really is any good, it won't affect much. Sales and profits (or the lack of) will still be the same. If the company gets their act together they can still excel, regardless of what market they are on. I am in another stock on the OTC that has moved from 0.40 a year ago to almost $5 today. It can happen.

I hate to say it but after all these years I may have to agree with Sandy about this being a scam, at least back in the day. I first bought in to SUNW years ago when it was still Solar 3D and on the OTC. They reversed split and uplisted to NASDAQ at around $4.50 a share, only to slowly drop ever since. I am still sore from my losses, and still don't see any signs of a recovery.. just my humble opinion.

A fool and his money is a friend indeed.
