The RS for BTOP is long known to anybody. Obviously they will uplist to the NYSE or so and that's impossible without a RS. That said the RS has no impact on how many shares of BTOP you get for your PLFX shares. The only thing that counts here is whether he goes forward with the promised "BTOP shares for 1.37 per PLFX shares.


To be honest I have no idea how honest these guys are but if they uplist and if their tech together is as good as they advertised, then BTOP can do very well the next 1-2 years. And anybody buying PLFX here at these levels will do extraordinarily well if the 1.37 Exchange rate stays.
