Market Cap seems way Too High even at $ 10 million unless revenues can prove out

What are revenues?

Notice stock spikes higher when people get stock prices up then selling comes in , for less shares sold at higher prices to get $ raised.

Yet no one can state financials or how many 144 shares will be coming to market and when that will be added onto the float

Seems like hundreds of million of 144 stock that will be freeing up with legends lifted at a date forthcoming

Just wanting to learn more but cannot find information in any filings

Any further news out since Dec merger ?
