I was originally not happy about it. Still am very skeptical for sure and not certain what will come of him overruling the shareholders with the series A because honestly seemed almost unbelievable from an exec. However, after two no votes I can not imagine he would have done this unless he had something major that hinged on that. Not just dilution IMHO, but maybe something that would potentially make any suits a moot point because it would be understood after the fact. Plus, now that we are at the end of February with no RS that also is a clue IMHO there may be something more. Guess we will see.

But, after the actions of the last year I am in no way sure on any of this anymore even in my own case since he seems almost operating in his own little world. IMHO I still believe a lot of the reason the TFVR share price and MC is as low as it is correlates directly with how he has dealt with the public and shareholders from day 1 unlike the BTCSs, BTSCs, etc. of the space whose MCs are much higher and actually have less capital value in assets. For instance, if I sat down and wrote an email to the CEO at BTCS right now, I am pretty certain I would have a personalized answer within 48 hours more then likely. That is good business and the TFVR CEO just seems either to lazy or arrogant to understand this is the level he is operating at here not some big business. Thus, we have the situation with the share price in direct correlation to this IMHO because shareholders see this as "Shady". However, on the other side of the coin new incoming investors could also view that as an opportunity since it is more then likely undervalued based on the assets in the company and future of blockchain and crypto. So, there is an upside also to all this also. Either way, could be wrong but at some point, just like Tony Robbins always says, you need to not be the fly trying to get out the window and figure out a better way. That fly IMHO is the CEO here at TFVR when dealing with his shareholders and the public in general.

Also, in some sort of combination business situation, considering we only have 50% equity to give with the current OS and allowed at 500m shares, the RS could be needed under certain circumstances to give equity to an incoming transaction if a deal was completed. The up to 500 to 1 would also make more sense in this situation if in fact he did a deal with a company that had huge revenues, ops, etc. to create an up listing situation almost immediately. JMHO and could be wrong but does make some sense to me after thinking about this and his actions more thoroughly.

Either way, do your own DD and could be totally wrong but these are my thoughts for my own investment so make your own decisions based on your own DD. GLTAL.
