We were working to schedule a call with management, and Tim Strong ruined the entire negotiation because FEC Resources thought he had the authority to vote on behalf of Asian Coast.

You can all thank rollem777 or whatever for the current hiccup. Then again, this situation is evolving and litigation is inevitable now, therefore maybe his involvement has a silver lining.
