MY OPINION. I have read articles and tweets of politicians from Chile (after translating). And they are following Presidents Trumps agenda. "Chile first" They do not want China to come in and take their lithium. They want to produce and manufacture batteries for their own electric motorcycles cars trucks and buses. They passed a law where a certain percentage of lithium, has to be sold to Chile manufactures/producers at a reduced rate/price.
I believe that is why Ricardo Donoso Insunza is a good fit for IBAT technology. IBAT technology helps Chile produce their own lithium faster. IBAT does not take that lithium it rents/leases its technology. I was going to post some links last week but I had to many windows open and my computer locked up.
