Correction:

Actually, that 60M block would have diluted their ownership interests. That would have been enough to eliminate their requirement to file. It's possible they didn't sell. But I feel like based on their MO alone, that they did. I was suspecting it was them, and would look to the lack of SG disclosure as supporting evidence. But even that isn't supporting evidence. Their behavior I've seen from past experienced is all I have to go on. But still, somebody did, and my gut tells me it was them.

Maybe they have a small position left. Or maybe not...
