Now that we know that the Kam Thio process is going to be used as a bolt on process.That should answer some question's that may be asked out there. (Used in conjunction with the cyanide process),and that the Kam Thio solution increases about 30% in volume trough-out the process' for reason still unknown to me. Question! how many times can it be re-used in the processing of Ore? I assume it would be like the final flush in the leaching process.I believe it will open up some more opportunities on what to do with the leaching solution if it dose become degraded to the point that it need to be replenished. Mine reclamation was one possibility that was talked about. I believe that the solution should still contain some residue Silver, and gold that can be extracted from it. Another possibility in my own opinion is to ship the used Kam Thio solution back to Itronics as feed material to be reprocessed rejuvenated and than sent back out as Fertilizer, or a new batch of Kam Thio solution for the mining industries. Only then will it have come full circle.
