THE SECTOR IS OVERDUE FOR SOME GOOD NEWS

I think many of us would agree with that sentiment

So the real question is — what would it be about?

Here are a few very positive things I am looking to see happen anytime during the next 1-2 months in the Hemp-CBD Sector

The first big retail chain signs up to sell CBD Oil products

Which CBD company is most likely to make the first announcement?

I think Charlotte’s Web is most likely

And which retail chain is going to be the first to break ground in the CBD space?

Man is that a tough one

Trader Joe’s or something in that genre is a possibility

Some national chain whose sales have fallen dramatically over the past 5 years and thinks a move like this could help to change their image, bring in lots of new customers

Will it be a grocer or a pharmacy?

I think a grocer is more likely, but a pharmacy would make sense, too

Could it be a curveball like a clothing or shoe store?

Possibly

A hair salon?

I don’t think so

Here are some other positive events I am anticipating —

The FDA announces a date for their public meeting to discuss CBD with the citizens of America

I think the meeting will take place sometime between the 3rd week in March and the 2nd week in April

If so, the announcement would likely occur between late February and mid-March

The WHO meets in March and they may vote on the recommendation to remove CBD completely from the Schedule — that’s big because it sets the table for the DEA/FDA or Congress to remove CBD from the Schedule — currently only Hemp-derived CBD is descheduled, while MJ-derived CBD remains on Schedule I

There are other positive events on the horizon, this is just a sampling
