I still believe if the R-It data are analyzed in the future taking into account all subjects with compliance of 4 capsules per day over ~ 5 years, I expect the RRR to more closely approximate your prior predictions



Pretty sure the biostats experts here have said that even if AMRN makes those calculations, they're statistically invalid, can't be used for anything - IIRC, I asked about the same thing (can you imagine how good RRR for only compliant patients who stayed in the trial could be?) and believe AVII shot me down right quick, can't remove the dropouts and non-compliant patients from the database for any analysis. Now that I wrote more, I definitely remember being astounded that a patient that drops out one day after enrolling and being randomized still has to be counted - sounded totally illogical to me, but them's the rules.
