It's important to see a separation, such as you point out (on-drug better by 4 or 5 or more points).

But the real key will be seeing a statistically significant p-value (<.05). The most recent post-hoc analysis showed a p-value of ~.01.

A successful p-value in a double-blind placebo-controlled trial is what investors and institutions are looking for.
