No worries.
I have done a ton of DD. Ensorcia has little info accessible. One entry I found indicating $377,000 annual income for Ensorcia Global Commodities, hardly a global company income. I did find a lawsuit against Daniel Layton by investors- he defeated suit.
Burba and other Executives were found liable in Molycorp investor suit - all details available on line. Burba and others named in Simbol shareholder suit - that was defeated.
I have 100k shares therefore I want to believe. If technology is disruptive- I am surprised by partner they chose.
