At the last SH meeting in Sep. they agreed to a 12 month time frame to have the company up and running, do a R/S, and make a serious effort at a NASDAQ listing. If this gets off the ground as it should, and Universal mCloud continues to get contracts and grow, it would make sense for the two companies to merge. Universal mCloud is a foreign issue so unless they plan on going the ADR route to get on the NASDAQ, which would take years, they have to do a merger. Time will tell.
