It has been recently confirmed that even as of yesterday, Scott Straka, a Vice President of Hitachi, is still on board with HVCW. They are working on quite a few major projects behind the scenes based on what I have learned. Since you brought up his name, I am very very very confident that he is actually the one that is turning the wrenches behind the scenes.

His 20% was sold back to HVCW to put HVCW in the best position to succeed based on future deals in the mix. Really understand this subliminal piece with the recent PR below that means more than I think some might see for now:
