VYST heading for the Nasdaq:

Rotman is leveraging Murida to get to Nasdaq. Plain and simple, they drop a huge asset (Murida d/b/a Rotman's Furniture) into VYST (of which they own 75% anyway) and they immediately qualify for Nasdaq. It becomes a serious company and gets the credibility they need to make deals with other publicly traded big board companies. Its hard to approach huge companies when you're an OTC.
