The IGEN CEO has seemed to have gone A-WOL.
There is no transparency from him or anyone else from this company.
After almost 3 years since our CEO ridded IGEN of Richard Freeman by shareholder vote, there
has been no advancement or ROI for any of its loyal shareholders. He has increased his share
total at the expense of the shareholders, without having to explain anything. As I have pointed out in other posts, IGEN seems to be dead in the water. If anyone sees this post, it is of my opinion to run away if you are thinking of buying in. IGEN is a job that pays a significant salary to a CEO who has had no loyalty to its shareholders. He has a fiduciary duty to its shareholders to communicate to them, who to this point have invested into a stock that has proven to be a failure. I challenge anyone to proving to me where there was, is, or ever will be any value in IGEN.
I assume that our CEO was from the old age when the technology of GPS was new to him, and thought he had better ideas how to make a go of it, and take the market share from companies like Lowjack.
I assume that he didn't think there were other companies out there that are doing the same thing.
Any numbers that have been announced have been underwhelming to say the least. At the rate IGEN's so called sales are going, there is no hope to ever getting out of debt, let alone see a share price that will see any ROI that would make investors happy
But Hey!! At least we have a CEO that stays silent to the shareholders that gets paid handsomely for a burn rate that is putting this company so far into debt that it will never dig its way out.
But maybe he has a plan, I dont know, but how would any of its shareholders know? He never communicates to them.
DO NOT BUY, RUN AWAY
