Thx again. Do you use the company number of 3 year survival at 55%, or a mOS of 3.33 yr, which just means 50% at 40 mos? That is what I am assuming when roughing out my SOC treatment number of 400 events compared to the current trial event numbers of 300 events, which is very rough I agree.

Maybe you could just share with me what 2-3-4-5 year survival numbers you use, that would be appreciated. I simply used the 3 year at 55% and went to 4 year at 45%, which I think is conservative, meaning it may be even lower. Thx again.
