I'm thinking that if OTC Markets can confirm something is a promo, email blast, landing page, etc, then they will give it a 'Stock Promotion' designation, rather than a CE.

In this case, where the inexplicable run up was most likely a promo, but could not be confirmed with any evidence, it simply got a CE, and now was removed after 30 days.

Either way, don't have any shares here, never have, just followed the run out of curiosity, it's not that often you see an obscure ticker like this, with 326M o/s get pumped from under .20 cents, to well over $3 bucks....with no obvious pumping.
