Interesting day. Was slightly bullish in my whole portfolio, but CANN was definitely the star today.

I honestly don't know what to expect these days. The shutdown being over and Mitch McConnell telling Mike Pence there won't be another one certainly allows the confidence to return. The house is now entirely pro MJ, and douchebags like Pete Sessions can no longer stand in the way of legislation, so that would allow confidence to return as well.

But, I can't say if we're going to see a gradual return of the bulls or if days like this are a bit of a one off. All we can do is wait and see. Buy those dips.
