Filings pretty thorough, lots of debt conversions being paid by massive shares but have plans to rectify with new focus of company and get uplisted to qx; like the new 4less site, the old md careers not so much and basically is dead site . Worth a ticket but not long hold without more info, imo. I'll grab a little starter and monitor especially next 2 weeks.
