Raise some flags.
"Float the stock" & "I need shs" ?
Followed by 320k shs trade.

There's a MINIMUM TIME requirement for a company (new or in this case emerging from the GREYs) to be in the GREYs .
It's 9 months to a year.
It's around the corner.
