ACTL is up 100% from its Bottom! It is currently the best 0.0001-stock since ACTL only has 699,217,523 shares Low OS count while it is trading at ridiculous low 0.0002 now!
Usually a 0.0001-stock has Billions shares of OS count or 1B shares OS at least! But ACTL just has less than 0.7B (700M) shares OS!
Its recent high was 0.0012 (which is Six Times of its current price 0.0002) from the chart below! 0.0001 is the All-Time-Low or the Lowest-Possible Bottom price!
