LOL really?? 2 billion is plenty enough to dilute and RS into oblivion. 12 is not needed. on many RS's they exclude the AS# so that remains the same as it was pre-RS. then just issue shares as commons or convertible lender notes from the AS, sell it down, ad-infinitum.
