Ah, MMEX-scam.

First off, there is no such place as “Stockton” in Texas. While there is a Fort Stockton, “Stockton” is as imaginary as the MMEX-scam “refinery.”

Second, the claim that any local government entity invested in, or "went in their pockets to pay for some of the easements” is an egregious, outright lie - 100% fabrication. Texas statutes prevent this.

Third, the site of MMEX-scam’s phantom “refinery” does not lie within the territorial, or even extra-territorial jurisdiction of any village, township, town, city, or municipally incorporated area. The jurisdictional authority is Pecos County.

Posting fabricated lies about MMEX-scam fails to advance its cause.

I'm so glad the Town of Stockton went in their pockets to pay for some of the easements.. definitely going to help with the finalization here for the refinery.... Imo
