I fully agree with you proto; I am sure a lot of smart guys on this message board have a different opinion ( which I respect ) but the worst which could happen , which would put us in a difficult position, is that we would not have a financing backup. We may now avoid a going concern qualification from our accountants with this deal.

I had expected this deal and we will use it until we have something better. But to have something better we will first have to convince the sector; First convince the sector and then convince Wallstreet , in that order , not the other way round.
