No. The bong water business went to PURA. PJET is a restaurant concept called AmeriCanna Cafe which they received (nothing tangeable just the concept) in exchange for a dividend of one PJET share to be distributed to every 50 shares of USMJ held. It will start with a food truck pilot in a joint venture with Illegal Burger which has restaurants in Colorado and is owned by WCVC. The pilot is unlikely to involve cannabis IMHO as cannabis can only be consumed in a private space or club in Colorado and it is tough to imagine that a food truck would qualify. More details should come out as they say they will pilot by March and have current financials filed sometime soon.
