The only thing photoshopped on that modulator was the "label". (Listen to Lebby at the SHM) As info we saw a device run at the lab last May. Oh, by the way when you do see a "device" what you will see is just the package. But I understand what you are saying.

I just read the new Web site last night and it's pretty impressive, although I get the impression that they are still adjusting/tweaking the performance numbers on the 50gig performance. Perhaps someone here could detail the parameters and what each means and how one affects another. Photonics did a great job explaining the test numbers and how they affect each other.

I'd like to see a patents for dummies page on the site so the general public can understand exactly what the patents protect and an IP for dummies that explains in a, round about way what they are not disclosing, sounds counterproductive but like the "paint yourself in the corner" white paper they could do it.

Still saying we'll never make it to the widgets manufacturer phase because we all have our price and soon this will be too big of a risk for industry not to control.
