The suggestion being made to protect the scammers at GCAN is that GCAN says TDA is owed a certain amount of shares and TDA says they owe more....so NOBODY can trade until GCAN gives them more shares. Yet it is GCAN who will not unrestrict the shares in ANY amount because of that "disagreement".

This is all on GCAN.
