They gotta get uplisted first and to do that they gotta get the share price up to $4 if their intention is to move to Nazzie, small mkt, etc.

They have a long row to hoe and an RS may be in the cards unless they can get a nice bump in pps based on the hype of it all.

There is currently 341 mill shrs outstanding and in float, so an RS candidate to move pps.

In a case where a company is an up and comer, an RS is not a bad thing.

I own quite a bit of PRED and will be here to see what story unfolds.

BTW, their products are very appealing and they're in a very good growth mkt.

I expect great things here, and time will tell.
