Sorry to tell you that, but most years I can only manage 20% or less. I don’t like the risk in the small stuff from previous experience. If I can double my $ every 5 or 6 years I am doing well for myself. There are many years that I don’t make 12%, but it’s still not bad imo. This was my first ever short sale and my only regret was waiting until 43 and change instead of 48 when I thought I had found a good risk for my first time.
