Is there any substantive, verifiable, third-party, or objective evidence that supports the outlandish claim that MMEX-scam is building anything?

Other than a flagpole, in an empty Pecos County desert parcel, and a caliche road, what evidence is there to support these claims about MMEX-scam?

Can anyone cite a single instance in all of history, where an insolvent, super-dilutive OTC shell company, with no assets, no business operations, employees, suppliers, customers, intellectual property, proprietary technology, or luminary management or technical team received $88-million or more in capital funding? Add to that the company is sitting atop nearly $40-million in cumulative losses and liabilities, and has a board consisting of an individual known for fraud, no corporate governance, or independent directors.

MMEX-scam has recently an 18+ month history of failure; price collapse, a >90% aggregate loss in value, de-listing from a pay-to-play market tier, and a 1 for 100 reverse split, followed by another 50% aggregate loss. Doesn’t seem like a candidate to build anything, and along with no evidence of forward progress, clearly it is a share-selling scheme.
