I also thought you said Joe never got paid? So which is it? Were his common shares not payment? He is one of the largest shareholders.
I can assure you Joe would not have hung around for 4 years with out a pay check. Mark is the one that put money in, to pay bills for years, with no paycheck.
If Walther was a crook, why did he issue 2/3rds of the Preferred shares to two other people, rather than all to himself, one third being to Joe?
He had already paid Joe for the company, the worthless patent and the tech before starting IFUS. He had no legal requirement to keep Joe on in 2009 or to pay him anymore, yet I hear he did till 2013....when he got back stabbed.
Might want to recheck that story and check Joe's tax returns?
