HHSE's-new-CEO-will-simply-file-the-order-in-Arkansas

That's it. A simple administrative task and it's game over for Parki. No trial, no jury, no judge, no arguments needed or necessary. All of HHSE's failed attempts at stopping this train are long past. They had the chance to comply. They had the chance to make Origin whole. And they had the chance to counter all the court's orders - going back years. It's all over now. The order is simply filed and it's done.

Then the new CEO turns Parki's frown upside down, takes over the company and sells off anything and everything in an attempt to pay off the long list of creditors - Origin notwithstanding.

HHSE's new CEO seems completely competent, and as such, I'd assume he'll hit the ground running in cleaning up the mess some time next week.
