I have to agree the timing of the reverse split stinks.

If they would have announced receiving the grant first and waited, we might have seen a quarter within a month.

Allowing the company to do a 25 to 1 instead of a 100 to 1 reverse split.

Now we have to hope they don't follow the RS with a lot of dilution to raise more capital.
