All must fully understand what we all own. This is massive and once the audits are complete, the balance sheet and P&L will be astounding to say the least. Below is a list of the 100's of income producing units which will be moved into our REIT. We have over 100 years of commercial real estate experience and can attest to the fact these are quality properties, to say the least.

We web searched about a dozen of their properties and look at the pictures and ratings of these properties. The appear to be extremely well maintained, far from inner-city roach motels. Just one example....
