Ni Hao everyone. Seems I have been proven right again. I called it back in October that the "Backstop Agreement" wouldn't hold up!

Anyone else notice the additional 594,500 shares added to the Outstanding Shares since January 7th? Would seem that dilution has been and continues to be on going.

Hope your not feeding the sharks.
