Does Dr. D mean the MariMed deal is dead in the water and Univec has moved on?

MariMed recent announcements never mentioned Univec so maybe they moved on because the doc could not get things done like they wanted.

Keep in mind nobody is going to make a deal with a non existent company.
Univec first has to be a legal company before any big deal can be made.

What is taking the doc so long to register Univec as an active legal company?
