Another capital raise...that's what growth companies do...80% of my shares are owned below $2.00...more than fine here...lololol. The ability to raise capital when needed speaks to the strength of kshb.



That's not the point.

Someone knew about this yesterday, before the PR and cashed in big time.

Plus I am pretty sure an insider cashed out 1 million or more the other day at $6.

SEC needs to investigate this
