Seems like a steal...

Current market cap approximately 2.2 million

Acquisition has positive revenue growth trend for past years with current annual revs at 2.4 million. Factor in growth rate and leveraging public entity for expansion and forward 12 months could potentially be in the 3.5-4.0 million range.

All of this not counting their IP, patents and potential market value if they move into phase 3 of their clinical trials..

And wealth fund took notice and a position..

I could see this work its way to 25 million valuation quite readily upon acquisition, market exposure and plans to further their trials.. At minimum 2.2 million valuation is quite low for the value..
