There will be a definitive date when the PRE14A becomes a DEF14A. Insider have more than enough shares to approve the AS increase. And they will vote to do so since they need the shares to cover the debt.

Im in the same boat. I like the management and believe in the companys business plan and initiatives. However, i do believe that there will be a SP drop when the DEF14A hits the newswire. 90% of traders avoid dilutive periods if a company clearly states there will be dilution. (This is one of those circumstances)

I posted that my target re-entry would be .22 but really im waiting for the day after DEF14A. All of the "fear selling" should be over and it will bounce back somewhat. Then stabilize and have organic growth over the next months and years. Thats my gameplan and my honest opinion. Hope it helps.
