I just downloaded the amended complaint, and JURY demand was added, and everything else seems to be the same - a different point of view on how the patent prosecution process works. I'm OK with the jury demand, this gives CVSI defense a chance to educate the public on the process and perhaps prevail.

There is a lot of animosity on this board against Mona Jr and Mona III which I do not understand. Did they make mistakes? Yes. Should they be hanged? No! Show me a businessman out there who has not made a mistake. Have they been in several industries, yes, but is that a crime? Do we then punish everyone who changed their business or career path as well?

Mike Mona III exercised the right to purchase option shares; these options had already been reported in the past; he shelled out $158K to purchase them; I take this as confidence in the company. He's been with the company since inception. My first purchase was at $0.40 and I've averaged up to $1.00+/-. Does this make me evil, that my timing is different than some on this board?

Currently the longs (me) are waiting for NASDAQ uplist, mainly to get off this OTC board and allow true investors to show their confidence in this company by investing.
