Handbook can't list everything that's OT. The fact that it's not about the company makes it off topic, especially if directed to a specific person.

On "High maintenance" boards, I think it's ok for a Moderator to post a generic reminder the board to stay on topic. Posting to a specific member would be "OT".

If you have a specific example, send a PM to Admin for clarification.

I checked TOS/Handbook, Composing Posts, etc.

Thought this may have been previously discussed.
I agree the stock post text should be about stocks.
