I don’t see the relation of SpectrumEBOS to telecom companies. That would be like saying AT&T should get in the business of offering Peoplesoft, Workday or other business software suites.

SpectrumEBOS has unmeasurable market potential. I am not sure how well the company can execute the actual consumer interface, rollout with a brand new sales team and then support that customer base internally. This is an entire new business line for ALPP. The demand for the product will be great coming from small and mediuym sized businesses looking to reduce overhead dedicated to software. The market awareness of this new offering will be a wall to climb. After the market is aware of SpectrumEBOS, there needs to be confidence built with customers that ALPP can offer superior service. The two issues with current offerings are they are too complex, don’t interact well with each other or have other technical issues and the large players in the market don’t focus on customer service for the smaller accounts that they don’t really care if they lose because they aren’t a big account and they don’t want headaches from such small accounts. That is where SpectrumEBOS can succeed - offer a suite of products that are built to work in ALL areas of the company for the customer and employ enough support staff to make sure the customer feels appreciated.
