Agreed, Emperor! And it’s math that makes me wonder now whether the company is BUYING BACK shares or something similar to REDUCE the outstanding shares.

3 simple equations (related to each other by simple algebra) will tell us (or help us figure out when info isn’t explicitly and readily available) A LOT:

Share price= market cap/out. shares
Market cap=share price * out. shares
Out. shares=market cap/share price

Typically the share price and market cap are the easiest to know at any moment. Using the 3rd equation above, one can detect very quickly meaningful changes in outstanding shares.

So back to the application of that math TODAY. According to the following link (under “Security Details”) MC as of yesterday was $360,989 and current PPS is .0006:

https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BLSP/security

So if we execute the 3rd formulae equation above we get:

360,989/.0006= 601,648,333 OS

This is DRAMATICALLY lower than the OS total reported on that same site as of 12.31.18 (721.98M).

As always, I welcome feedback/correction.
