How are they calculating PLFX shares?

As far as I can see the RS of BTOP doesn't have any influence as to how much worth of BTOP shares you get. It will of course change the amount of shares, but not the worth. The deal as it stands right now is that you will get 1.38 worth of every PLFX share in BTOP shares. So in your case that would be 69k USD in BTOP shares. So now if BTOP stands at 10 on exchange day you would obviously get 6900 BTOP shares. If BTOP stands at 1 on exchange day, you would get 69k shares. Still it's worth the same. That's how I understand it right now. Only from that exchange day on it matters for you what BTOP does because then you are exposed to the BTOP performance.
