This is regarding cell phones. Can anybody track your location? Your phone calls? Your text including the content? Basically anything you transact on your cell phone?

Ive known the NSA keeps copies of all our electronic footprint and Google does too, and quite detailed, but can a friend or enemy for that matter, literally gain access to the content of our text and cell phone activity simply by downloading an app and entering our cell #? Is it that easy? Why does the fbi or any law agency need a court order if anybody can track all the above with a simple app?

I know hackers can, but most of us arent the target of hackers.. Seems like anybody can track us... That's disgusting.
